More than anything, I hope people remember how I made them feel. I want to be someone who leads with kindness, embraces creativity, stays true to who I am, and helps others feel seen and supported. Life is full of beautiful, messy, unexpected moments, and I hope the people around me know they never have to navigate them alone.

Q&A With Candice
I have become a morning person. My favorite way to start the day is either at the gym or out for a walk with my sidekick, Nora. A little movement, a good breakfast, and something that makes me laugh helps me start the day feeling grounded and ready for whatever comes my way. It sets the tone for how I show up for our agents and my clients.
People are often surprised to learn that I'm actually pretty introverted. I love connecting with our agents and clients, traveling, and chasing new adventures, but I recharge with quiet evenings at home, long baths, a good book, or time spent creating. I need both adventure and stillness to feel like myself.
Without question, it's the people. I love supporting our agents and my clients as people first. Whether I'm helping an agent grow their business or helping a client find the place they'll call home, I know that what we do is about so much more than real estate. I love learning people's stories, celebrating their milestones, and being a small part of the lives they're building. That's the part of this work that never gets old.
