Best part of your day:

The best part of my day is connecting with our agents through coaching calls. I truly love supporting them, helping them grow, and celebrating their wins alongside them. On a personal note, some of my favorite moments are spent cheering on my kids at soccer and basketball games or watching them perform in theater. I love competition, but even more than that, I love seeing them pursue things they’re passionate about and enjoy.

Surprising fact:

Something people might not expect about me is how much resilience shapes who I am. I’ve been through experiences that taught me to lead with empathy, patience, and purpose, and it’s why I care so deeply about creating a supportive, people-first environment.

Favorite part of your job:

What I love most about being a broker is the relationships. Walking alongside agents as they build confidence, navigate challenges, and reach milestones they once weren’t sure were possible is incredibly fulfilling. I get to celebrate their wins, support them through tough moments, and help create an environment where they truly feel valued and supported.
