SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by “EQUITY REAL ESTATE®” for its Support Line, +1 (844) 700-0222. By opting in through the form above or by sending a text message to this number, you agree to these terms.
Program Description:
The Equity Real Estate Support Line is a customer-care and account-notification messaging service for Equity Real Estate agents and brokers. It is used to reply to your messages and to send you Support Line callback confirmations, account and support notifications, and one-time verification codes. Messages are one-to-one and conversational — we do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk text messages through this number.
How You Provide Consent (Opt-In):
You can provide your consent to receive text messages in either of two ways: (1) by submitting the opt-in form above, where you enter your mobile number and check the consent box; or (2) by texting our Support Line at +1 (844) 700-0222 first — for example, after an Equity Real Estate agent or branch office gives you the number by phone or in person. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or consent to third parties for any purpose, including their marketing.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Because this is a support and account-notification line, you will generally receive messages in reply to a conversation you start or as notifications tied to your account activity.
Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text or data plan.
Opt-Out (STOP):
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from our Support Line. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you contact us again. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your opt-out is processed.

Supported Carriers:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.
Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. Information you provide through this messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never share or sell your mobile phone number or consent to third parties for marketing purposes.
