John Powel Walsh has been a Broker in Missouri since 1980 and Illinois since 1990. John excels at training and mentoring new agents and has been active on education committees with his local boards of REALTORS in Missouri & Illinois. He is the recipient of CIPS, GREEN, CRS, CRB, GRI, RSPS, SRES and SFR Designations from the National Association of REALTORS and is a Master Negotiator. John is married to Dr. Paula C. Bohr who is an Occupational Therapist and Director of OT program at Maryville University in St. Louis. Paula is also a Real Estate Broker and a specialist in accessibility issues with residential and commercial real estate.
