I've been a specialist in Residential Real Estate sales for 25+ yrs. Assisting my clients to achieve their real estate goals is very gratifying to me. I enjoy working with both seasoned as well as first-time clients. I have several certifications in my field, but one that I am very proud of is the Certified Negotiations Expert which I feel makes me a secret weapon for my clients as only 3% of Realtors in Utah have this certification.

I grew up an Army Brat, which helps me when assisting those who are moving in or out of the area. One of my treasured accomplishments was assisting the 2002 Winter Olympics committee staff members to find both temporary as well as permanent housing here. The Human Resources were impressed with my ability to familiarize their incoming staff with the area & history. As a result, as the Games approached & the staff coming in were primarily looking for short-term houses, I was asked to provide similar services as to what I did for those buying. The Olympic Committee compensated me for these services.
