My degree in Financial Planning and Counseling from BYU has given me opportunity to work as a Financial Planner in San Jose, California. Here, I wrote financial plans which encompassed Risk Management, Tax Planning, Investment Planning, Budgeting, and Retirement Planning. Using my series 7 Securities License, I have been an investment advisor, and using other certifications have prepared taxes, sold insurance and served as a Notary Public. My association with the financial industry has given me a broad base of understanding when it comes to Real Estate and its important role in asset and wealth management. I have helped sellers increase the value of their homes by 15 percent with low cost upgrades. I am very particular in gaining as much value possible with as little cost necessary. I am passionate about doing what it takes to change the vision of a seller’s home to become the “Future Promise” of that deserving buyer. I am excited to help bring investment properties to those who are looking for multiple streams of income and increased net worth down the road. I am so happy to be part of an industry I love, because real estate can be a most important tool in shaping one’s legacy for life.
