When I got into fix & flips, frugality caused me to get my license. A penny saved is a penny earned! My I can do it attitude now helps my sellers be more relaxed through the extremely high stress adventure of preparing a home for sale. I bring more than just the paperwork to my sellers and my buyers. Besides my guidance to sellers for preparing a home for sale, I also help with staging prior to photos, guidance on needed repairs. I pitch in physically and love it. I choose to work with no more than 2 people at a time. This so I can be there for you and my family. So life functions productively but most important, happily!!
