My story
Part 1: Growing up

My journey began in Tooele, where I spent my early years before moving to Kaysville at the age of 5. Growing up, I attended Columbia Elementary, Kaysville Jr. High, and proudly represented Davis High School as a Dart. Engaging in sports, I served as the manager for both the football and wrestling teams. During my senior year, I discovered my passion for singing as a member of the Davis High Madrigals, an experience that would shape my future endeavors. Following graduation, I embarked on a meaningful mission trip to the Philippines before joining the Mormon Youth Chorus and Symphony. In 2000, I married and welcomed a daughter into my life and, despite life's challenges, I remarried found love again and am now blessed with the joy of raising an incredible baby boy through adoption alongside my wonderful wife.
Part 2: Graduate school

With a desire to further my education, I enrolled at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, where I pursued my academic goals. In due course, I earned my Associates Degree in General Studies, laying a solid foundation for my future endeavors. Building upon this, I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Weber State University in 2014. This comprehensive program equipped me with a diverse set of skills and knowledge, spanning disciplines such as mathematics, sales, marketing, management, advertising, and beyond.
Part 3: Real estate

In 2012, fueled by my passion for real estate, I embarked on the journey to obtain my license. Over the years, I have been honored with numerous achievement awards and certifications, recognizing my dedication and expertise. In 2018, I reached another milestone by attaining my Broker License, expanding my role to become a mentor, trainer, and recruiter within my office. The year 2020 presented a new opportunity as I was invited to serve as a pre-licensing real estate instructor at Ogden-Weber Technical College. Throughout my career, every moment in real estate has been a source of fulfillment and joy.
Part 4: My Designations and Certification

In the realm of real estate, it is our responsibility to fulfill continuing education requirements in order to renew our licenses. I firmly advocate for the value of education and knowledge, believing they are crucial in assisting my clients throughout every stage of the transaction process. Additionally, we have the opportunity to pursue additional classes and attain designations and certifications.

One such certification I hold is ePRO, which equips me with the skills to stay on top of technological advancements. Furthermore, AHWD (At Home with Diversity) has provided me with invaluable insights into recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of all individuals in both my personal and professional life. Whether it's differences in lifestyle, race, gender, or any other aspect, I uphold a deep respect and appreciation for everyone.

My MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification has equipped me with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by military personnel during reassignments and transfers. Lastly, my SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) certification has enhanced my knowledge of the specific needs and considerations of the 55+ community, including retirement and assisted living options.

Armed with these trainings, my goal is to be the most effective Realtor possible for my clients, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs and desires. I specialize in assisting first-time home buyers, aiming to provide tailored support and guidance throughout their home-buying journey.
