I have been a real estate investor 25 years (I started really young). I became a full-time investor 16 years ago and have bought and sold hundreds of homes. I soon came to understand that I knew more about real estate than any of the agents I was using so I got my license back in 2014 and now offer my expertise, knowledge, and experience to the masses. I love helping people and have had many sales in the last 12 months despite what Zillow is reporting.
