Vilnis Ore earned his Real Estate License in Pennsylvania after working over 30 years in the construction industry and has been investing in properties since 1978. Since then, he has been trained and coached by numerous real estate professionals such as Johnny Loewy, recognized as one of the top 50 real estate agents by the Wall Street Journal. Vilnis specializes in assisting investors and people in transition in the Montgomery and Bucks County area, but gains the most satisfaction from finding first time home buyers just the right home and helping them purchase with easy financing. His extensive knowledge and experience in construction gives him a unique view of the real estate market and market trends.
Vilnis Ore is a member in good standing of the National Realtors Association, Pennsylvania Realtors Association, Suburban West Realtors Association, Montgomery County Association of Realtors, and the American Latvian Association Real Estate Group. Vilnis’ work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his long career in the residential and commercial construction industry where he received an Excellence Award from the Association of Builders and Contractors.
In his leisure time, Vilnis enjoys spending time with his wife of 44 years, traveling, gardening, alpine skiing and performing with the Latvian folk dance group, Dzirkstele, based in Newtown Square, PA.
