Minerva Reynolds

Minerva provides residential real estate services throughout the Chicago area and some surrounding Suburbs, specializing in general Real Estate, Loan Modifications, Probate. Short Sales, Foreclosures, and Online Auctions. Minerva works with a network team of professionals to ensure her clients get successful results. She is experienced in contract negotiations, marketing strategies using online methods: Servicing clients before, during, and after the sale is the hallmark of her business philosophy.

Minerva has been a resident of Norwood Park, (far North Chicago area) since 1978. She has a degree in Business Administration from DePaul University and was inducted into the Golden Key Honor Society in 1995.

Prior to real estate and with a degree in Business Administration, Minerva worked as a Business Analyst for a large Insurance Company. Minerva supported the IT Department in implementing the Standard Office Procedures for new and ongoing Health Policies, Rules, and Regulations. Her many roles included technical and end-user training for the company on systems used for processing the company insurance policies.
