About Joshua
As a proud Colorado native, I’ve called Colorado Springs home for nearly my entire life. I was born in Greeley in 1982, and not long after, my family made the move down to “The Springs,” where my roots truly took hold. I grew up here, graduated from Doherty High School, and—like many—jumped straight into the workforce.
Before real estate entered my life, I gained hands-on experience across several industries: landscaping, welding and fabrication, customer service, food and beverage, property maintenance and management, and even commercial driving and trash collection. Each role taught me something valuable—work ethic, resilience, and the ability to serve people from all walks of life.
But at my core, I’ve always had a need to help others. I wanted work that was both personally fulfilling and financially rewarding—a chance to build something meaningful while making an impact. In the early 2000s, that calling revealed itself in real estate.
After a powerful conversation with a family friend about “paving my own path” and “being my own boss,” something clicked. The idea of guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives felt right. In 2005, I earned my real estate license and began “doing” real estate on the side while working full time. Over time, the side hustle became the passion, and the passion became the purpose.
Today, I’m not someone who does real estate on the side.
I am a Realtor.
I know the horror stories people hear about real estate deals gone wrong. While not every transaction is perfect, I believe the real estate professional should be the one who steps up, solves problems, and protects the client—not the one who creates stress or confusion. My mission is to raise the standard and change the narrative around Realtors by delivering honesty, integrity, clarity, and professionalism in everything I do.
Whether someone is buying, selling, investing, or even considering a career in real estate, my commitment is the same:
I will not misguide, mislead, or misrepresent—ever.
