Kaydee Scott

I am Kaydee Nelson Miner and I am proud to call northern Utah home. I love the rural lifestyle Utah and Idaho offer and the beautiful pristine back it provides. I enjoy being outdoors, water sports, traveling, horseback riding, gardening, and supporting my kids at their events. My family is very active in our community. We spend many hours at community events, sporting events, rodeo's, 4-H events, and horse shows. In 2004, I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to represent the state of Utah as Miss Rodeo Utah and compete for the Miss Rodeo America title in Las Vegas, Nevada. During that year, I was able to meet people from all across the country and create lifetime friendships.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Utah Association of Realtors, Idaho Association of Realtors, and Brigham City Chamber of Commerce. I am an active member of the Brigham Tremonton Board of Realtors and currently serve as the chairperson of the Membership Committee and previously served on the Community Outreach Committee.

Education and up-to-date knowledge is critical for me to be able to represent my clients to the fullest. I have receiving certifications as both a Pricing Strategy Advisor and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. I have also receiving designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative and Seller Representative Specialist. I also have 15 years of marketing and business experience.

I got into the real estate industry because I fell in love with it! I fell in love with identifying the unique character of each home and meeting amazing people. I fell in love with hearing people's stories, getting to know their needs and plans for the future, and helping them reach their real estate goals. I look forward to working with you!
