Paul Wineinger

**Employing Broker | Director of Brokerage Operations & Growth**

Paul Wineinger began his real estate career in 2012 while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at the University of Colorado Denver. He joined Equity Colorado Real Estate as a part-time Administrative Assistant and quickly discovered a passion for people, problem-solving, and building better systems.

After earning his real estate license in 2014, Paul continued to grow within the company, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Office Manager, Managing Broker, and ultimately Employing Broker. Nearly 15 years later, he remains deeply involved in the day-to-day leadership of the brokerage and the Agents he serves.

With more than seven years of Managing Broker experience and four years as an Employing Broker, Paul’s experience has been shaped by the volume and variety of real estate he has encountered. He has helped oversee thousands of transactions and developed a broad understanding of the business—from pricing and positioning properties and negotiating on behalf of clients to navigating complex contracts, challenging transactions, and unexpected situations.

Today, Paul leads Equity Colorado with a focus on building a brokerage that is supportive without being overbearing, structured without being restrictive, and genuinely invested in the long-term success of its Agents. In addition to his role as Employing Broker, he serves as Director of Brokerage Operations & Growth for Equity Real Estate Corporate, working with brokers across the organization to strengthen office operations, recruiting, retention, and growth while developing systems and resources that can be shared across the broader Equity network.

Paul believes the best brokerage leadership is practical, accessible, and focused on helping people become better at what they do. He takes particular pride in solving problems, improving systems, and being a resource for Agents and brokers when they need thoughtful guidance.

Outside of real estate, Paul enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, son, daughter, and pets. He has a lifelong appreciation for music, film, and the arts, and stays active through skateboarding, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
