Bruce Hartley

Bruce has deep roots in the Colorado Spring/Falcon area, attending elementary, junior high, high school and college here locally. He is married to his wife Jillian of 15 years, who is a Colorado native. She grew up in the in the Security/Widefield area. They have two beautiful children who are middle school and high school ages.

In Bruce's professional journey, he has an extensive background in proprietary education holding Director level positions in Admissions and Finance. He earned is B.S. in Management in 2013 and currently working on a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership. He specializes in coaching, training, and developing successful teams.

In his spare time, Bruce has been a long-standing youth sports coach in the Colorado Springs/Falcon area through varies organizations such as: the Pikes Peak YMCA, Falcon Youth Football League, Colorado Springs Park and Recreation, Colorado Youth Sports League, and the SoCo Basketball league. Bruce has coached football and boy's and girls basketball over the last 10 years. He also enjoys Colorado's great outdoors riding his motorcycle, playing sand volleyball, fishing, and spending time on the water at the amazing lakes that Colorado has to offer.
