• Providing a FREE pre-listing consultation to advise you what to do and what not to do to prepare your house to sell fast for top dollar.

• Providing accurate “comps” of what your house should sell for AND what your net profit could be from an accepted offer

• Providing professional photography of your property (including walk-though videos and aerial drone photos/video, when called for -- I am also an FAA Certified Remote Pilot)

• An insane amount of social media marketing!

• Open Houses hosted by (and promoted with videos by) me!

• One-on-one advice and process management from first meeting through closing!
