Moving from Southern Colorado to the Big Island about 11 years ago, I feel fortunate to have lived on the Hamakua Coast as well as the Puna side of the Island. I have enjoyed both areas and am happy to share my knowledge of these special places along with other parts of the Island.

Coming to Real Estate from an art background (I am also a silversmith and stone-cutter) was a bit of a change, but after buying properties, doing renovations, and building a home from the ground up in the Southwest, my love of the Land and addiction to building has helped to ease the transition.

It is my goal to help you make confident decisions with your real estate sale or purchase. I have experience with homes and land ranging from lots for $5,000 to Million Dollar Properties, and everything in between. I have resources for lenders, insurance, land clearing, building, painting, yard work, well-drilling and more and am always happy to provide referrals. I am happy to answer any questions, and will find out answers if I do not have them.
