Mary Ehrhart

Mary has lived in many different states including: Michigan, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Minnesota, and Colorado but always comes home to the Wasatch front. She believes Utah is the best place to live and play. Mary has a bachelor's degree in Education from USU with a minor in Mathematics. She has always had a passion for real estate and finds it most rewarding to help others understand the process of home buying and selling. Mary has particular skill for staging and home design. She has had two homes featured in the Bear Lake Parade of Homes. Mary is mother to 5 children and her passion for real estate is second only to her passion for her kids. Over the last decade Mary has been finding and flipping investment properties. This has been a fun and risk filled endeavour. Mary has learned to assess and mitigate risk, to maximize profits on investment properties and would love to help others do the same.
