Hello, my name is Karen Spalding. I have lived in Idaho for nearly 8 years now. Previously I lived in Las Vegas, NV where I worked in the New Home Construction Industry for almost 7 years. Prior to Las Vegas I lived in Maryland, where I was born and raised.
I decided to start my career in real estate after a brief period of "off time". In my time here in Idaho I fell in love with all Idaho has to offer and I want others to also experience that same feeling. I truly enjoy navigating the home buying experience with others and find it very rewarding. I believe that my ability to provide great service while also providing good negotiating skills and attention to detail have made me successful so far in this industry.
