Scott Cardall

I got into real estate to buy my own home. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew I needed to be savvy to get what I wanted when I found it. I also wanted the best price while navigating the unknown potential minefields that can exist when buying a home. I realized how complicated the process was and how much there is know about it, and decided I could also help friends, family, and others competently find their way through the process.

Additionally, real estate is a great investment and I wanted to be on top of my game to make the best future for myself. Like with home buying and selling, I’d be happy to share my experiences and knowledge in closing on great investments. I pride myself on getting people the correct information, giving straightforward answers, and letting them make their own informed decisions rather than getting a sales pitch. Outside of real estate, I’ve been to a lot of school. After graduating co-valedictorian from with a bachelor’s degree from BYU, I received my doctoral degree at Harvard and did a post-doctoral residency in Oregon. I speak Italian (ask me my mafia story!) and I’m getting better at Spanish.
