Max Fletcher

I was born in 1990 in Salt Lake City. My Family Moved to the Coos Bay area in Oregon where I grew up. I am the second oldest out of 7 kids. Living on the Oregon coast I found a love for the ocean. I spent a lot of time fishing and scuba diving with my family. In high school I played football, wrestling and Golf. I was very active in my church and boy scouts. I received my Eagle scout award before my 16 birthday. After high school graduation I got a job as a wildland firefighter. I worked for 2 years fighting fires until I received my mission call to serve for 2 years in brazil as a missionary. After my mission I returned home and went to school at Utah State University where I was studying marketing. At Utah State University I met my beautiful wife Ellena LImb. We got married after that school year and now I am a father of 4 wonderful and happy children, Liliana 10, Sawyer 8 and Jack 5 and Tommy 3. I am a very blessed man to have a wonderful family and to know what I will be doing the rest of my life as a career. I was accepted into the Huntsman Scholars program and finished 3 ½ years of school after starting a Pest Control company. I dropped out shortly after starting my company. I grew the company for 6 years until I sold it in July of 2019.

I am an entrepreneur. I started my first venture as a business owner of a pest control company that you might have used or seen in Cache Valley Utah called Ecopro Pest Control. I grew that company for 6 years after selling it in July 2019. In 2017 I started diversifying my income with real estate. I purchased my first Investment property duplex January 2017. One and a half years later I purchase my first flip house May 2018. After that I fell in love with all things real estate. My current count as of January 2025 is 15 houses flipped and 2 investment properties. I am currently working on my first subdivision in Millville Utah. My latest project is a 10 Acre Development deal that we are developing into a mix of Single family, Townhomes and an assisted living facility.
