Cher Smith

Cher joined the Longmont Association of Realtors in 1998, has held positions of Chair Elect, Chair, and Immediate Past Chair. She is currently a CAR Director for the newly merged BoLo Board and is the current CAR Chair for the Northeast District of Colorado.
Her love of teaching is evident with her certification with Kaplan Educational Services and has been teaching the Pre-licensing course for the DORA, Real Estate license requirements for the past several years. Most of her students have been successful at passing both State and National board exams the first go around, and have decided to hang their license with the Brokerage Cher has her license held at.
Mentorship is at the top of Cher's priority list.
Watching the 'newbies' begin their Real Estate careers, and the excitement and energy they bring to the office is contagious.
It is an honor to hold the title of Realtor and an honor to be able to so affect the lives of Buyers and Sellers. Cher's motto has always been to BE THE BAR, not just raise it.
