Beverly Dunlap is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and is designated a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She also holds an MS and MSBA. Beverly knows how to deal with challenges, processes, and people to get results. With a focus on active listening, customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations, Beverly keeps the best interests of her client as her top priority. She is a volunteer member of the Poway Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Poway Neighborhood Emergency Corps (PNEC). When not working, you can find her sailing, hiking with her dogs or enjoying a good movie.
