Edna's Mantra: Faith, Family, Finance, Fun and Footprints
Married for 50 years this January 13, 2026 to an engineer and retired Naval officer, Dante Enriquez Concepcion, who honorably served the U.S. Navy for 30 years.
Mother of two, grandma of four -- two teenagers, one kindergartener, one toddler.

Edna worked in banking and finance before and after obtaining her degree from the University of Maryland.
When she and her husband got stationed back to California, Edna pursued her studies in Management. While studying, Edna became a stockbroker and Registered Representative in the early 90's after being a mortgage lender. At Prudential Securities, as her prize for being #1, she was asked to choose her prize: $12K or a stint in an Advanced Financial Course at Wharton. She chose Wharton School of Business for Finance and Management.
After her Wharton School, while her Military husband was on sea duty overseas, she took time to take her real estate license. So, you can depend on (Auntie) Edna for anything and everything regarding advise on Investments, Finance and Real Estate - for homes, businesses and commercial properties.

It is not all work and numbers for Edna.
In the early 80's, Edna set up the first Filipino Amercan Chamber of Commerce in Southern California. She also was the first female Filipino American City Commissioner in the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, CA.
Edna served the City for 8 years, the maximum years one could volunteer for the City. . Edna was also named an original TOFA recipent in the early 2000 (the Ten Outstanding Filipinos in America led by Mr. Nonoy Mendoza). She is also a recipient of the "The Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World" Award in 2017 by the Filipina Women Foundation.
Edna is a Certified Catechist of the Catholic Diocese of San Diego, CA.
Her ultimate goal for her legacy is to establish the proposed All America Prosper Credit Union that was given a pre-approval of the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration). She is now inviting fellow San Diegans to be a member of the Board of Directors. NCUA wants to see, at least, 13 people on the Board.
