Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I bought my first home at 17, owned two homes and land by 20, and spent the years that followed building spec homes, developing storage facilities, and navigating short sales, foreclosures, and courthouse-step purchases.
Nevada has been home since 1990. I know the communities, the schools, the zoning rules, and the market conditions because I’ve lived them, worked them, and raised my family here. Danny and I have five children, eight grandchildren, and two step-grandkids — and this community has shaped every chapter of our lives.
