Jay Gupta

Jay Gupta is a dedicated and trusted real estate advisor who helps buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and dreams. With an award-winning career in real estate sales and management, he has participated in personal and managed sales worth over $2 Billion. Jay has a proven track record, showcasing exceptionally high sold-to-list ratios and sale price-to-list price ratios, with properties spending a short time on the market and experiencing very few price reductions.

Jay is currently a Broker Associate at Equity Colorado Real Estate. Before this role, he served as a Partner and Managing Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Rocky Mountain, REALTORS®, until 2014.

Jay served as the chairman of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® in 2008 and received the honor of REALTOR® of the Year in 2010. He served as a director on the board of the National Association of REALTORS®, which had over 1 million members, from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, he was a member of the board of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® from 2007 to 2012.

Jay holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. His professional designations include: MRE (Master of Real Estate), CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).
