About Marco
I am deeply in love with San Diego and Life. My journey is rooted in the belief that the impossible becomes possible when you decide it will.
Born in Mexico, I left my parents at age 15 to build a life of independence in the United States. I supported myself through school in Arizona, later making Utah my home for 17 years. I completed my university education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and served a two-year proselyting mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
For over a decade, I’ve worked as a multi-state real estate professional in California and Utah, helping buyers and sellers from all walks of life. My greatest fulfillment comes from guiding individuals and families to create long-term wealth through strategic real estate decisions.
Two of my most impactful tools include Velocity Banking, a financial strategy that can reduce a 30-year mortgage to as little as 7 years, and Seller Financing, a powerful non-bank strategy that allowed me to purchase my own dream home. These are not theories — they are strategies I actively use and teach.
As a bilingual advisor fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m able to serve and connect with a diverse client base. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and some have affectionately nicknamed me “Magic Marco” for my ability to uncover solutions and opportunities others don’t see.
I believe business is built on relationships, not transactions. The true measure of my success isn’t the number of homes sold, but the trust earned and the friendships built along the way.
“Success is a decision away.”
“Don’t let anyone steal your dreams.”
Today, I proudly serve real estate clients in San Diego, California and Utah, while continuing to expand my involvement in business acquisitions across the U.S. and Canada.
Cheers to the good life.
