Hi there! I'm Chantell, and along with my husband Brian, we’re a husband-and-wife real estate team right here in Utah.

After rewarding careers in federal service, we were lucky enough to retire early and decided to pour our energy into something we both genuinely love—helping people with one of life’s biggest steps: finding (or selling) a home.

We’re passionate about guiding folks to the place that just feels right — whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or making any other move that matters. Real estate is a big deal (usually the biggest purchase most people make!), and we’re here to make the whole process smoother, clearer, and a lot less stressful.

As full-time, fully retired-from-the-old-job real estate partners, we bring two sets of eyes, two brains, and twice the availability to every client.
