I have been involved in buying and selling real estate for over 40 years managing an extensive real estate portfolio - everything from investment properties to luxury villas. I have worked as a general contractor to build some of my personal homes and I am familiar with all aspects of the building process and managing subcontractors. During Covid I expanded my practice to help others get into their dream homes. Currently, I am focused on helping first-time home buyers access down-payment assistance funds to make housing more affordable and get started building wealth with their first home.
