I help growing families across Davis County sell the home they have outgrown and move into one with more room, and I represent buyers on the other side of that same move.

Most of my sellers come to me unsure where to start: what the house is worth, which repairs are worth doing, and how to prepare it without spending money they will not get back. I take you through it step by step, pricing, preparation, marketing, showings, negotiation, and planning the move itself, so nothing arrives as a surprise. When work is needed, I hand you contractors, painters, stagers, photographers and inspectors I already trust, instead of a list of names to sort through yourself.

Most of my clients are selling and buying at once. Working both sides is how the two closings line up rather than leaving a family camped between houses. And if you are undecided between selling and renting your home out, I hold a Utah property manager license, so we can compare both honestly.

I have lived in Centerville for 21 years and raised four children through Davis County schools, so questions about a street, a school boundary, or the commute get an answer from someone who lives here rather than a guess from a map.

I work throughout Centerville, Bountiful, Farmington, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, and North Salt Lake, and across Layton, Kaysville, Syracuse, Clearfield, Clinton, South Weber, West Point, Sunset, and Fruit Heights.
