Kim Foster

Kim Foster is a dedicated real estate professional who works with buyers and sellers who are ready to accomplish their goals and turn their dreams of homeownership into reality. She believes that clear goals are the stepping stones to making dreams come true, and that homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth and financial freedom.

Kim was inspired to become a real estate agent after spending more than 25 years in the real estate industry. Her career began in 1994 as an on-site property manager for an apartment community. Over the years, she took on the management of increasingly larger properties and eventually oversaw both multifamily communities and single-family homes.

Her extensive experience in property management gave her a deep understanding of real estate operations, investment properties, and the long-term financial benefits of owning real estate. Kim held her Oregon Property Manager License before expanding her career and becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Oregon and Washington.

Today, Kim continues to stay actively involved in property management and currently manages a portfolio of over 30 residential units throughout the Portland metro area. This hands-on experience gives her valuable insight into the local rental market, property performance, and the practical side of owning investment property.

Kim combines her decades of industry experience with a genuine passion for helping clients make confident real estate decisions. Whether assisting buyers in finding the perfect home, helping sellers maximize their property’s value, managing their property, or advising clients on investment opportunities, Kim is committed to guiding her clients toward achieving their real estate and financial goals.
