Steven Perry

Steven A. Perry brings more than two decades of real estate leadership, market knowledge, and professional discipline to every client relationship. Born in New Jersey and raised in Idaho, Steve developed an early appreciation for hard work, resilience, and integrity — qualities that continue to define his approach to business and service.
After graduating from Idaho Falls High School, Steve enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served as a Law Enforcement Specialist at Mountain Home Air Force Base. He later continued his career in law enforcement and worked for the Department of Energy at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. These experiences instilled in him a strong respect for precision, accountability, and ethical standards, which became the foundation of his success in real estate.
Steve entered the real estate profession in 2000 with RE/MAX Results in Sandy, Utah, and quickly established himself as a trusted professional. After earning his broker’s license, he served as Branch Broker for the Sandy office for more than nine years. In 2009, he was selected by Brent Low, CEO of MediaOne of Utah, to help launch MediaOne Real Estate, where he played a key role in developing a business model that made a meaningful impact in the Salt Lake City market.
He later joined Keller Williams South Valley, where he ranked as the number one individual agent for transaction volume in April and May of 2013. Steve went on to Realtypath, where he helped guide the company’s growth from 150 agents to 1,200 in just five years. Serving first as Executive Broker and later as Principal Broker, he contributed to building one of the region’s most dynamic real estate organizations.
Steve has been a respected member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors for more than 26
6 years and served as Board President in 2022. He has also demonstrated his commitment to the industry through long-standing support of RPAC as both a Golden R donor and Sterling R contributor.
Beyond his professional achievements, Steve is deeply committed to family and community. He served as Mayor of Kearns Metro Township and has volunteered for more than 22 years as a coach and referee in local youth sports. He is also active in his church, where service to others remains an important part of his life.
Steve is married to his wife, April, and together they have six children and nine grandchildren. His life and career reflect a steadfast commitment to excellence, service, and the people who matter most.
