I’m a Managing Broker licensed in Washington State with 10 years of real estate experience, focused on helping agents build effective, sustainable businesses that fit their individual strengths and goals. My approach centers on partnership, not control—supporting brokers as they develop systems and strategies they truly understand and can consistently execute.
I enjoy working closely with agents to leverage the tools available to them, including websites, CRM systems, and marketing platforms, while helping them identify their core pillars of business—whether that’s sphere, online leads, content, open houses, or referrals. By aligning the right tools with the right strategies, agents gain clarity, confidence, and measurable growth.
