Over the past 35 years, I have invested in commercial and residential real estate. These investments have included homes, duplexes, apartment buildings, mixed-use commercial properties, office buildings, commercial warehouse condo storage projects, and a refrigerated warehouse. To date, each of these investments has been profitable.

I have successfully represented both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. All feedback received from my clients has been positive regarding my outstanding customer service and willingness and ability to address all of their needs (references are available upon request).

I handled all Investor Relations and Human Resource matters for ROC Properties, LLC, a real estate company that owns commercial and industrial projects throughout the Denver Metropolitan area.

Furthermore, my experience as an Executive of Time Warner Cable, having had responsibility for 26,000 employees as Vice-President of Human Resources and Customer Service has proven invaluable in providing service to my clients. My superior management and organizational skills enable me to manage projects and people effectively. My people skills enable me to astutely evaluate clients to determine their needs and address their concerns in an efficient manner.
