I have been passionately serving my clients throughout the Denver Metro and Foothill-Mountain areas from Aurora to Bailey and Longmont to Castle Rock for over 19 years. I love my profession! My philosophy is to intently listen to what my clients are saying and provide insight and advice into the ever changing market in which we are constantly immersed. I am experienced in many facets of the real estate industry, from listing all types of residential properties, first time home buyers to move up buyers, relocation, investment, 1031 exchange, REO and second homes. My personal experience over the years living in the foothills, building my own home in Conifer with well and septic, and now living in the Littleton area gives me firsthand knowledge of how the process works. I realize a home purchase or sale for most people is the largest financial transaction in their lives and I take that responsibility very seriously.
