Kimberly Dunbar

My name is Kim Dunbar, and I’ve been a Realtor with Equity Colorado Real Estate since 2018. Born and raised in Southwest Virginia, I graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Marketing Management. Real estate has been a passion of mine since my teenage years when I helped my parents purchase land at Smith Mountain Lake. Since moving to Colorado in 1999, I’ve had the honor of helping a wide range of clients, from young adults buying their first homes to retirees heading for new adventures. I believe in building strong relationships, and my business has grown through referrals from clients who trust me with one of life’s biggest milestones. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two sons, one who serves as a Military Police Officer and LEO, and the other currently studying at CSU.
