The book explains to home buyers how to work best with a Realtor®, why using a buyer agent works to their benefit, and explains the home buying process. 38 additional editions are in print, with a Realtor® in each state co-authoring. The Realtor® co-author in each state is responsible for rewriting the chapter on state laws and having it reviewed and approved by a real estate attorney.

sellers through the process of preparing their home for sale and explains
how to get the best price when selling. 59 additional editions (by market) in print.
