I stumbled into Real Estate by accident back in 1990 by becoming a Mortgage Lender after receiving a Finance Degree. During the many years that followed I worked with Realtors and Clients to help them with financing their dream home. I decided after 26 year that I wanted to join my wife as a Realtor as well as becoming an investor. The best part of working with my wife in Real Estate is being involve with the entire process with buying and selling from repairs needed to list a home for the maximum sales price to walking first time buyers through the house during a final walk through. Every Client has different needs and my ability to understand those needs and help them navigate through all the details is very rewarding.
