Growing up in Fort Collins, Colorado, Colin Gilliland has always been keenly interested in architecture and Real Estate. He got his start in the industry four years ago, where he worked as a New Home Sales Agent for a Denver-Metro based Homebuilder. Colin's passions for the business and serving his clients propelled him to excel in the New Home Sales space selling anything from condos to million-dollar homes across the Front Range and winning multiple awards for his excellent customer service along the way. Building relationships with key stakeholders and guiding his clients towards finding their dream has driven Colin to find great success in Real Estate and in life. Now representing buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Front Range, Colin is using his negotiation-skills and strong work ethic to help his clients, friends and family realize their Real Estate goals. Raised in Fort Collins, Colin moved to Denver with his longtime girlfriend. After living in Broomfield, the Tech-Center and owning a home in Sloans Lake, they recently bought a home together in Berkley. When not making clients' dreams come true, Colin can be found drumming up home-improvement projects, golfing, rock-climbing, or in the backcountry of his favorite ski-resorts.
