About Weston
I am Weston Williams, but I like to go by West for short. 35 years young with a beautiful wife who just so happens to be a very experienced mortgage officer as well.
Real estate isn’t just something I do — it’s something I genuinely enjoy building, improving, and understanding at a deeper level.
My journey started hands-on. I completed two years of trade school in house building, carpentry, and contractor work, which gave me a solid understanding of how homes are constructed from the ground up. I don’t just look at a property for what it is today — I understand how it is built, how it functions, and what it can become.
I put that knowledge to work early on by personally refurbishing most of my first home myself. That experience taught me how to see potential, manage projects efficiently, and make smart decisions that create long-term value. I also gained real-world investing experience through house hacking and managing multiple homes, renting rooms in my own property to strategically build cash flow and equity. I understand real estate not just in theory, but through lived experience.
Before leaning fully into real estate, I spent years in technology sales, where I sold a wide range of solutions and learned how to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and solve problems with confidence. That background allows me to connect easily with people, understand their goals, and help them move forward with clarity.
I’m adaptable, charismatic, dependable, and naturally wired to find solutions. Whether evaluating a property, navigating challenges, or identifying hidden opportunities, I bring both practical knowledge and a people-first approach.
A true Colorado Native fueled by exploration - I genuinely enjoy discovering new places, experiencing different cultures, and finding great food wherever I go. Whether it’s snowboarding in the mountains in winter or summer, taking the road less traveled, camping under the stars, or cruising around town on my electric long board, I’m always open to the next adventure.
At the end of the day, I’m someone who values growth, connection, and building things that last — whether that’s a home, an investment, or a trusted partnership.
