i am a real estate professional with a global perspective shaped by over 2 decades in international business. A Cuban-American, I am a native Spanish speaker, allowing me to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Before transitioning into real estate, Alex was the VP of International for a major global manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment. In that role, I traveled to 98 countries, gaining deep insight into different cultures, markets, and negotiation styles-experience that now gives my clients a distinct advantage.
I am licensed in both FL and CO. In addition to my brokerage work, I am partners in development of residential homes in Grand Lake and the surrounding areas, offering clients valuable perspective on both the buying and building process
