As the spouse of an Air Force JAG, she experienced multiple military relocations firsthand, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges families face when moving and the importance of finding the right place to call home.

Before becoming a Realtor, Kim worked alongside developers and contractors and continues to expand that knowledge while building her family's new home. Combined with her commitment to honest communication, strong negotiation, and exceptional service, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions.

Working alongside her husband, Daryl Bell, Kim offers clients the benefit of a team with experience in real estate, construction, relocation, and legal matters.
