Daryl Bell

Daryl Bell brings a unique combination of legal expertise, military service, and hands-on construction experience to Equity Real Estate. He served 25 years as an Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG), including 13 years on active duty before continuing his service in the Air Force Reserve, retiring in 2013. Throughout his military career, Daryl and his family relocated several times, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges of moving and the importance of finding the right place to call home.

While serving in the Air Force Reserve, Daryl also built a distinguished 21-year civilian legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah, retiring in 2025.

Beyond his legal career, Daryl has completed multiple home renovation projects and is currently serving as the general contractor for the construction of his family's new home. His experience with contracts, construction, and real estate provides valuable insight when evaluating properties and assisting clients. Working alongside his wife, Kim Bell, Daryl enjoys supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process with the same integrity, professionalism, and commitment to service that have defined his career.
