COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Equity Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittany Martin as the new Operations Manager for it’s Colorado Springs office.
With nearly a decade of experience in residential real estate and eight years as a valued member of the Equity Colorado family, Martin steps into the role with a deep understanding of both the real estate industry and the needs of the agents she will support. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
Martin has been recognized for her dedication and performance with multiple company honors, including the Power Professionals Award in 2018 and 2021, the Million Dollar Club Award in 2021, and a Years of Service Award in 2023 recognizing five years of outstanding service. Earlier in her career, she also gained valuable operational experience supporting brokerage leadership, giving her firsthand insight into the systems, communication, and mentorship that help brokerages and agents thrive.
In her new role, Martin will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Colorado Springs office while helping strengthen agent support, office processes, and the collaborative culture that has become a hallmark of Equity Real Estate. She is passionate about creating an environment where agents feel encouraged, empowered, and equipped to achieve their professional goals.
